As with any good service we offer extra help to our services via the Internet, email and phone.

There is a wealth of information available on any aspect of computers, training, fault fixing and updates on the World Wide Web (WWW), but our services work beyond this on a personal level. We guide you through the maze of technology to achieve as much or as little as you need, doing the hard work for you!

Tutoring

Based on hourly sessions, we cover anything from basic use for first time users of laptops and PCs using Windows, to more advanced levels such as DTP, photo editing and web design. Internet connection and email setup are all part of the same service which is charged at £20 per hour, payable at the end of each lesson.

* Multiple hourly sessions are available and often used, but in all cases please ring or email to arrange a visit. We will normally reply to any messages the same day.

Being a complex and timely subject, not everyone has the time, motivation or skills to edit and produce what they want. So we offer our services to do it for you.

Whether it be touching up an old photo, editing your video down to DVD or creating you a website for business of pleasure, we have the resources at your disposal.

Consultation - fixes - upgrades - Broadband setup - Peripherals

Start at £30

We can assess your Laptop or PC, fix errors, upgrade, re-install software and clean any junk off it. Broadband setup and any peripherals such as webcams, hard drives, printers, scanners, or anything you need adding to your computer are all part of the service. We can also build you a PC to your requirements if needed.

 (* Fixes and upgrades - £30 is for consultation and labour only, components are charged separately).
